{"id":1604,"date":"2023-06-29T08:55:00","date_gmt":"2023-06-29T06:55:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lisah-sidev.supagro.inra.fr\/lisah\/?post_type=projets-de-recherche&#038;p=1604"},"modified":"2023-06-29T09:41:28","modified_gmt":"2023-06-29T07:41:28","slug":"a-muse","status":"publish","type":"projets-de-recherche","link":"https:\/\/www.umr-lisah.fr\/en\/projets-de-recherche\/a-muse\/","title":{"rendered":"A-MUSE"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Le projet A-MUSE vise \u00e0 analyser le potentiel des donn\u00e9es radar Sentinel-1 et optiques Sentinel-2 pour le suivi spatialis\u00e9 des caract\u00e9ristiques observables de la surface du sol, en lien avec l\u2019infiltrabilit\u00e9 des sols agricoles.<br \/>\nL\u2019infiltrabilit\u00e9 des sols est la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 cl\u00e9 des surfaces continentales qui contr\u00f4lent une grande vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de services \u00e9cosyst\u00e9miques sur les risques et ressources hydriques dont des services de r\u00e9gulation (e.g., recharge des aquif\u00e8res, recharge de la r\u00e9serve utile des sols, att\u00e9nuation des ruissellements et crues). Et l&rsquo;infiltrabilit\u00e9 des sols cultiv\u00e9s M\u00e9diterran\u00e9ens ou semi-arides peut \u00eatre expliqu\u00e9e et raisonnablement pr\u00e9dite \u00e0 partir de caract\u00e9ristiques observables de la surface du sol et de leurs modalit\u00e9s\u00a0: caract\u00e9ristiques structurales (\u00ab\u00a0rugosit\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb ou taille des mottes, pr\u00e9sence\/absence de cro\u00fbtes) et caract\u00e9ristiques de couverture du sol (\u00e9l\u00e9ments min\u00e9raux -cailloux-\u00a0; ou \u00e9l\u00e9ments organiques -liti\u00e8re et couverture v\u00e9g\u00e9tale-).<br \/>\nLes m\u00e9thodes traditionnelles de caract\u00e9risation de l\u2019infiltrabilit\u00e9 des sols (e.g., mesure par doubles anneaux) et de caract\u00e9risation de la surface du sol en lien avec l&rsquo;infiltrabilit\u00e9 (e.g., mesure de rugosit\u00e9 par rugosim\u00e8tre) sont difficilement envisageables \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle parcellaire (\u00e9chelle pertinente pour les utilisateurs tels que les gestionnaires de bassin ou pour les bureaux d\u2019\u00e9tude agro-environnementaux) et sont souvent lourdes et on\u00e9reuses \u00e0 mettre en place pour \u00eatre maintenues tout au long d\u2019un cycle cultural.<br \/>\nLa disponibilit\u00e9 des donn\u00e9es multispectrales \u00e0 haute r\u00e9p\u00e9titivit\u00e9 temporelle Sentinel-2 et radar \u00e0 haute r\u00e9p\u00e9titivit\u00e9 temporelle Sentinel-1 offre un champ de donn\u00e9es prometteuses et compl\u00e9mentaires pour la cartographie de ces caract\u00e9ristiques observables du premier ordre pour l\u2019infiltrabilit\u00e9 des sols.
