{"id":2308,"date":"2023-11-28T13:50:03","date_gmt":"2023-11-28T12:50:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.umr-lisah.fr\/?post_type=projets-de-recherche&#038;p=2308"},"modified":"2024-11-14T14:33:29","modified_gmt":"2024-11-14T13:33:29","slug":"estanh","status":"publish","type":"projets-de-recherche","link":"https:\/\/www.umr-lisah.fr\/en\/projets-de-recherche\/estanh\/","title":{"rendered":"ESTANH"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, serif\">Le projet<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, serif\"> s\u2019attaque \u00e0 <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, serif\"><b>3 fronts m\u00e9thodologiques et cognitifs\u00a0:<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, serif\">Le premier, de <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, serif\"><i><b>nature m\u00e9thodologique<\/b><\/i><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, serif\"> est la question de la repr\u00e9sentation num\u00e9rique du r\u00e9seau de retenues (repr\u00e9sentation spatialement explicite, statistique ou globale) et de leurs caract\u00e9ristiques (capacit\u00e9 volumique, relation cote-volume, etc.) dans un mod\u00e8le hydrologique. Diff\u00e9rents modes de repr\u00e9sentation sont rencontr\u00e9s dans les mod\u00e8les hydrologiques (<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, serif\"><i>Hughes and Mankel, 2010, Nathan et al., 2005, Malveira et al., 2014<\/i><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, serif\">). Alors que le choix de la repr\u00e9sentation conditionne les r\u00e9sultats des simulations, il n\u2019existe pas d\u2019analyse approfondie des implications de ce choix sur les variables simul\u00e9es d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat. Il est donc n\u00e9cessaire d\u2019objectiver le choix \u00e0 faire en la mati\u00e8re en fonction du contexte hydroclimatique pour guider le mod\u00e9lisateur scientifique mais \u00e9galement le mod\u00e9lisateur op\u00e9rationnel qui a recours \u00e0 la mod\u00e9lisation comme outil de pr\u00e9diction dans les \u00e9tudes d\u2019impacts des retenues. La question de la repr\u00e9sentation sera trait\u00e9e \u00e0 partir du cas d\u2019\u00e9tude (BV du G\u00e9lon, cf ci dessous), et \u00e9galement en consid\u00e9rant par exploration num\u00e9rique une diversit\u00e9 de contextes hydroclimatiques\u00a0: bassins avec dominance de ruissellement, bassins avec dominance d\u2019\u00e9coulement de subsurface, bassins avec une hydrologique mixte (subsurface, ruissellement), climat temp\u00e9r\u00e9 et humide, climat m\u00e9diterran\u00e9en, \u2026. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, serif\">Les 2 autres objectifs sont de <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, serif\"><i><b>nature cognitive<\/b><\/i><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, serif\">. Il s\u2019agit d\u2019abord par la simulation agro-hydrologique de progresser dans la compr\u00e9hension des facteurs \u00e0 l\u2019origine des impacts hydrologiques et agricoles des r\u00e9seaux de retenues, en se concentrant sur <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, serif\"><b>les modes de gestion de l\u2019eau des retenues<\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, serif\">. <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, serif\">Par mode de gestion, nous entendons non seulement l\u2019alimentation (d\u00e9rivation, en barrage, d\u00e9connexion) et la restitution d\u2019eau (d\u00e9bit r\u00e9serv\u00e9) de la retenue vis \u00e0 vis de la rivi\u00e8re mais \u00e9galement et surtout les modes de pr\u00e9l\u00e8vement de l\u2019eau stock\u00e9e dans la retenue par l\u2019agriculteur (intensit\u00e9 et saisonnalit\u00e9 des volumes pr\u00e9lev\u00e9<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, serif\">s) en fonction des pratiques agricoles.<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, serif\"> Ces modes de gestion sont un facteur d\u2019impact cumul\u00e9 des r\u00e9seaux de retenue peu voire jamais \u00e9tudi\u00e9 (<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, serif\"><i>Habets et al., 2018<\/i><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, serif\">). <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, serif\">S\u2019agissant des modes de pr\u00e9l\u00e8vements, ils seront choisis en lien avec les travaux et conclusions de l\u2019action INRAE-INRAE en cours intitul\u00e9e \u00ab\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, serif\"><i>Etude de l\u2019impact des pr\u00e9l\u00e8vements d\u2019eau en cours d\u2019eau hors \u00e9tiage<\/i><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, serif\">\u00a0\u00bb \u00e0 laquelle un des proposant de l\u2019action propos\u00e9e ici participe. Nous traiterons \u00e9galement de la question des modes de gestion des retenues comme pour le premier objectif par exploration num\u00e9rique en consid\u00e9rant une diversit\u00e9 de contextes hydroclimatiques.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><a name=\"__DdeLink__1630_2921630027\"><\/a> <span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, serif\">Enfin, la question de l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat et les limites des retenues pour consolider voire accro\u00eetre la <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, serif\"><i><b>r\u00e9silience des territoires agricoles<\/b><\/i><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, serif\"> face aux s\u00e9cheresses selon les diff\u00e9rents futurs climatiques possibles et en fonction des syst\u00e8mes de culture envisageables constitue le dernier front cognitif abord\u00e9. Force est de constater qu\u2019il a \u00e9t\u00e9 peu trait\u00e9 jusqu\u2019\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent (<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, serif\"><i>Allain et al., 2018<\/i><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, serif\">), sans doute par manque d\u2019outils capables d\u2019\u00e9valuer la diversit\u00e9 des grandeurs concourant \u00e0 la r\u00e9silience, grandeurs agronomiques \u00e0 l\u2019origine des besoins en eau et des performances agricoles (rendements des cultures, efficience d\u2019utilisation de l\u2019eau,&#8230;) et aussi grandeurs hydrologiques \u00e0 l\u2019origine de la disponibilit\u00e9 de la ressource en eau (d\u00e9bit, stock d\u2019eau dans les retenues,&#8230;). La question de l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat des retenues vis \u00e0 vis de la r\u00e9duction des crues n\u2019est pas l\u2019objectif premier de ce travail. Cependant, la prise en compte de l\u2019ensemble de la gamme des d\u00e9bits, dont les d\u00e9bits de crue, dans l\u2019impact hydrologique apportera des \u00e9l\u00e9ments de connaissance sur l\u2019impact des retenues sur la r\u00e9duction des crues, et donc l\u2019al\u00e9a \u00e0 l\u2019origine des inondations. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, serif\">L\u2019action propos\u00e9e fait suite \u00e0 une action de recherche et d\u2019innovation (action INRA-ONEMA, 2016-2019, <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, serif\"><i>Mol\u00e9nat et al., 2020<\/i><\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, serif\">) qui a permis, entre autres, de concevoir Mhydas-Small-Reservoir. Le responsable INRAE de l\u2019action a particip\u00e9 au comit\u00e9 de suivi scientifique du programme ICRA de l\u2019OFB (2019-2022). Il participe \u00e9galement \u00e0 <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, serif\">l\u2019action INRAE-INRAE en cours intitul\u00e9e \u00ab\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, serif\"><i>Etude de l\u2019impact des pr\u00e9l\u00e8vements d\u2019eau en cours d\u2019eau hors \u00e9tiage<\/i><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, serif\">\u00a0\u00bb <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, serif\">(2022-2023)<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, serif\">. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, serif\">L\u2019action propos\u00e9e ici repose sur ce mod\u00e8le Mhydas-small-reservoirs (<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, serif\"><i>Lebon et al., 2022<\/i><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, serif\">). Mhydas-Small-Reservoir repr\u00e9sente i) les interactions entre le fonctionnement des couverts cultiv\u00e9s et l\u2019hydrologie aux r\u00e9solutions spatiales caract\u00e9ristiques des pratiques agricoles (parcelle, retenue) et caract\u00e9ristiques de l\u2019hydrologie des bassins (bief de rivi\u00e8re, nappe) et ii) les flux d\u2019eau hydrologiques (ruissellement, \u2026) et agronomiques (pr\u00e9l\u00e8vements d\u2019eau dans les retenues et les rivi\u00e8res, apport d\u2019irrigation) en jeu dans le bassin versant agricole.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, serif\">Le principal territoire de cette action est le bassin versant du G\u00e9lon, situ\u00e9 dans le bassin de l\u2019Arrats (Gers). Le bassin du G\u00e9lon a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9quip\u00e9 depuis 2017 principalement sur fond propre du LISAH, et \u00e9galement gr\u00e2ce aux fonds de l\u2019action OFB 2016-2019 pour le suivi m\u00e9t\u00e9orologique, la mesure des d\u00e9bits et le suivi des volumes d\u2019eau dans 6 des 25 retenues du bassin. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Plusieurs membres du LISAH contribuent \u00e0 ce projet: J. Mol\u00e9nat, C. Dag\u00e8s, H. Lechevallier, S. Troiano, O. Huttel, A. Thoni, D.
