{"id":1575,"date":"2023-06-28T09:40:35","date_gmt":"2023-06-28T07:40:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lisah-sidev.supagro.inra.fr\/lisah\/?post_type=projets-de-recherche&#038;p=1575"},"modified":"2023-06-29T09:46:13","modified_gmt":"2023-06-29T07:46:13","slug":"waterseed","status":"publish","type":"projets-de-recherche","link":"https:\/\/www.umr-lisah.fr\/fr\/projets-de-recherche\/waterseed\/","title":{"rendered":"WATERSEED"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Afin de limiter les effets n\u00e9gatifs de l&rsquo;intensification agricole, il est n\u00e9cessaire de repenser la place des \u00e9l\u00e9ments interstitiels dans les agro\u00e9cosyst\u00e8mes, ces trames vertes et bleues (foss\u00e9s, inter-rangs de cultures p\u00e9rennes, talus) abritant une v\u00e9g\u00e9tation spontan\u00e9e et sauvage fournissant de nombreux services \u00e9cosyst\u00e9miques de r\u00e9gulation et d\u2019auto-entretien et participant \u00e0 la circulation de l\u2019eau dans les paysages. Les connaissances empiriques manquent sur les facteurs et m\u00e9canismes hydrologiques expliquant les patrons de biodiversit\u00e9 v\u00e9g\u00e9tale dans ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments, de la banque de graine \u00e0 sa dispersion, afin d\u2019\u00e9valuer leur potentiel de r\u00e9habilitation \u00e9cologique. En comparant deux parcelles en agriculture biologique et conventionnelle, il s\u2019agit de caract\u00e9riser les \u00e9changes de biodiversit\u00e9 v\u00e9g\u00e9tale entre les milieux interstitiels et les parcelles en fonction des \u00e9coulements. Nous examinerons quels seront les flux de graines d\u00e9plac\u00e9s dans les paysages par hydrochorie et leurs cons\u00e9quences sur la restauration de la banque de graines dans les infrastructures agro\u00e9cologiques.
