Il vise \u00e0 identifier les facteurs biotiques, abiotiques et techniques qui contribuent \u00e0 l\u2019affaiblissement et au d\u00e9p\u00e9rissement des ceps. En adaptant la dendrochronologie \u00e0 la vigne, nous reconstruirons des trajectoires de croissance et chercherons \u00e0 identifier les \u00e9v\u00e8nements susceptibles d\u2019avoir favoris\u00e9 ou d\u00e9clench\u00e9 le d\u00e9p\u00e9rissement. Nous caract\u00e9riserons les processus \u00e9cophysiologiques (statuts hydrique et carbon\u00e9), les conditions de structure et d\u2019\u00e9tat biologique du sol et les effets du cort\u00e8ge de bioagresseurs qui peuvent provoquer l\u2019affaiblissement des ceps. Ainsi nous construirons des indicateurs d\u2019\u00e9tat sanitaire ou physiologique de la plante et d\u2019\u00e9tat physique ou biologique du sol qui seront utilis\u00e9s pour un diagnostic sur des exploitation viticoles, o\u00f9 les d\u00e9terminants techniques, organisationnels et \u00e9conomiques seront \u00e9galement consid\u00e9r\u00e9s.
