LISAH naturally has a major teaching and training activity through its close connection with Montpellier SupAgro.

LISAH commitment to this field is made through two main courses of action:

• Hosting and training-through-research of post-graduate (Master, engineering, and doctorate) students.
• Responsibility of and interventions in higher education courses.

As regards post-graduate education, LISAH is a host unit within the GAIA Graduate School and is part of the Waters and earth science" branch of the GS.

LISAH is most intensely involved, through its responsibility in specialized courses and modules organization, in the following training programs

• French Agricultural Engineering Diploma (Master's Degree level)
• Sustainable Agricultural & Agri-Food Systems for the South (Master's Degree level)
• International Master's Degree in Agronomy and Agri-Food)
• Option Ingénieur Agronome Gestion de l’eau, des milieux cultivés et de l’environnement (GEME)
• Master Sciences de l'eau, parcours EAU et AGRICULTURE de M1 (co-accrédité UM, Montpellier SupAgro, AgroParisTech)
• Master Sciences de l'eau, parcours EAU et AGRICULTURE de M2 (co-accrédité UM, Montpellier SupAgro, AgroParisTech)
• Mastère Spécialisé Conférence des Grandes Écoles Systèmes d'informations localisées pour l'aménagement des territoires (SILAT)
